Therapy is a place to be known - a space that is yours to bring all of yourself - your uncertainty, your emotions, your failures, your desires, and your deep goodness. Over time we will discover who you are and what you are wanting, and create a clearer pathway in yourself to get there - to get in touch with you, to settle into the comfort and spaciousness of being authentically you.

I am a therapist because I want my patients to experience freedom, rest, aliveness and wholeness. My greatest hope for you is that you would come to know how exquisitely loved you are and that you would have a living felt sense of that to carry with you throughout your life.
