Therapy Sessions
I begin with a 50 minute session for couples and individuals. I offer extended sessions for couples who would like to move into deeper material more quickly (80, 100 and 120 minutes).
I meet with clients weekly or every other week at the beginning of therapy.

Written Mental Dialogue Engagement Outside of Session: Pro-rated
Important Facts
I am a licensed counselor in: Washington, California, Florida, Texas & going through the licensure process in Arizona currently.
My hours are: Monday - Friday, 7am - 4pm Pacific Standard Time (PST).
My practice is completely online.
I do not offer consultations prior to first sessions.
I am an out of network provider, meaning I am not paneled with insurance companies. I can provide you a billing statement for you to submit to your insurance company directly although you may or may not be entitled to a reimbursement for any portion of my treatment fees. You will need to discuss reimbursement with your insurance company and may want to do so ahead of beginning treatment with me.
I have a 48 hour advance notice policy for rescheduling and cancellations. If you cancel or reschedule with less than 48 hours notice before your session time you will be charged the full fee for the session.
